ABOUT ME
Hello, I’m Katie, the owner of The Loft Coffee Shop. I took over the business in June 2024 after spending 16 years in the corporate world, working for a global consultancy as an Outsourcing and Acquisitions Lead.
After years in corporate life, I was ready for a change, and when the opportunity at The Loft came along, it felt like the perfect fit. Since then, The Loft has become a true passion of mine. I love welcoming customers with a smile, serving a great latte, and offering a range of delicious specials. Meeting new people is one of my favourite parts of the job, and you’ll always receive a warm, friendly welcome the moment you walk through the door.
I’m local to Farsley and, outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two wonderful children and wife to my husband, Craig. Family means everything to me, and The Loft really is a family affair — you’ll often spot my mum helping behind the counter, my children enjoying their lunch, or doing homework with their grandad.

Offering excellent barista coffee, freshly made breakfast and lunch to order, delicious homemade cakes and entertainment or business space along with inhouse and outside catering, we really offer something for everyone at excellent value.

Our coffee is sourced from a local award winning coffee supplier, and lovingly made by our baristas to order. Not a coffee drinker? We have a wide selection of teas, hot chocolates and smoothies to satisfy all tastes!

Looking for somewhere to host your party, or outside catering? We provide a number of inhouse and outside catering. Need a business space? We have a fully equipped meeting room adjacent to the coffee shop floor, where in-room catering can be provided
